I am a visionary, strategist, business leader and a painter. I am alumnus of BITS Pilani and a Gold Medalist in Management from All India Management Association. Currently, I am working as a management consultant, imparting C-level advisory services, executive coaching and mentoring. I also provide pro-bono advice in Micromentor.

​I have 30+ years of experience in IT, including 20+ years at leadership levels. I am a Bachelor in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Masters in Physics and in Business Administration.  I have served large organizations like SAIL, US Steel, IIS Inc., Polaris and Intellect, have led collaborative projects with Oracle Inc., IBM and K2, and have worked extensively in USA, Europe and Southeast Asia, apart from India.

​I have deep understanding of manufacturing, retail, healthcare, education, FinTech and E-Gov domains. I bring a perfect blend of strong process orientation, engineering mindset, knowledge of latest Technologies and ability to apply these in problem solving. Known as a problem-solver, I help build self reliant, empowered and high performing teams.

As an avid painter and a writer, I bring a creative/ innovative approach in my design of solutions and processes. My family comprises of my wife, a psychologist counselor, elder daughter working in Bioinformatics and younger, in college.
